Spring Blossoms
This is the first offering of the season from the undulatory mountains of Darjeeling. The high-grown first flush leaves are succulent and full of catechins and flavonoids making this tea a delicate tapestry of mild floral sweetness. The finely rolled leaves appear in a dark olive hue with an ample amount of tips. A mellow floral nose greets you as soon as you open the tea followed by a taste that is truly top of the class. The bright yellow cup is slightly astringent with a nuanced aftertaste that resembles seasoned wood.
