About the Tea
Giddapahar Tea Estate is a privately owned tea estate positioned at Kurseong a sub divisional town in Darjeeling West Bengal, India with an altitude of around 4500ft, the garden is known to produce some of the finest tea in the world. It is one of the few estates in Darjeeling that still produces tea from older plantings of China tea bush varietals.

Aroma:
A tropical fruity flavor in the beginning confined with fennel seeds in the middle and completes with a subtle aroma of grapeness at the end.
Appearance:
Dry black leaf with a fair amount of coppery flakes enhancing the silvery tips.
Taste:
In the beginning it comes as a tropical fruit like banana and grapes in the palate, an oaky flavor in the middle and winds up with a sweet clonal touch that gives pleasure to the tea lovers.

Throws an old woody aroma at first with a touch of tropical fruits and at the end a slight hint of mint and burned potato.

Storage Instructions
