About the Tea
The Glendale Teas Estate with an approximate altitude of around 2120 Mt above sea level situated between the valley of the famous Niligiris Mountain range in South India and due to the high altitude the survival of tea plants becomes tough and with the volatile weather which makes the growth of the tea plants slower and thus allows the tea plants to adapt the flavor in the tea leaf that gives a strong aromatic flavor.

 

Liquor
Aroma:
It gives a sweet peach and apricot fruit aroma in the beginning, a slight raw vegetal note at the end.
Appearance:
A pale creamish color almost similar to water which is almost transparent.
Taste:
A slight earthy tone with veggies in the beginning and in the middle there is a touch of apricot fruit which enhance the flavor and the taste at the end of the palate.
Complements:
Light sweet dessert, sweet cheese and seasonal fruits.

 

Dry Leaf
Aroma
A slight minty aroma in the beginning with an earthiness of vegetal tone which completes the flavor of the tea.
Appearance
Two leaves and a bud with a fair amount of silver needles with dark dry olive green color.
 
Infusion
Aroma
Aroma is like vegetal with a strong grassy tone and at the end a smell of green chili with a smash of raw leaves.
Appearance
Dark bright olive green with a touch of silver tips giving the brightest look.
