We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged for delivery across all states.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to care@chaichuntea.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.

To keep your tea fresh, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from strong odours. Avoid refrigeration as it may cause moisture damage.
All Chai Chun Teas have a shelf-life of 24 months from the date of packaging.
