First Flush

After a few months of dormancy, tea bushes shoot the first flush of the season that is full of catechist and poly phenol. The leaves are succulent and are oxidized lesser than the other flushes to harbor all the natural flavors. Exuberant Spring is a carefully plucked and processed Darjeeling First Flush tea with finely rolled olive green leaves and a sweet nose. It steeps a bright yellow cup with refreshing floral notes and a soothing aftertaste that is characteristic of only the initial harvest.
