If two hours only opens the door, four takes you further in. Tea & Gastronomy is our signature session – a tea masterclass, a food course built to match it, and an hour at the blending table where the tin you leave with is genuinely yours.

Welcomed with a traditional tea ritual, you move into a masterclass covering origin, process, types, and vocabulary, before the blending table: weigh leaves by hand, test ratios, adjust for a rounder body or a sharper top note, until what you've made tastes like nothing off a shelf – 75 grams, labelled, bottled, and yours to take home.

The evening closes at our tea room – India's only tea gastronomy kitchen, where tea finds its way into every dish. Settle into a High Tea, paired with tea-based beverages from our chef, then wander the Tea Experience Centre and its 300-odd varieties, putting your freshly sharpened palate to the test.
