Orders received before 3.00PM (IST) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. To cancel your order, send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we will cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Also, we ship currently in India Only.
For shipping, we work primarily with Bluedart, DHL, Shiprocket & many local shipping provider to deliver our teas in India. Express service takes about 4-5 days to deliver within India. Pin Codes which are not serviceable by our Logistics Partner may take extra days to deliver. All International Orders primarily will be shipped through INDIA POST and in some cases through DHL also. India Post estimated delivery time is 10-15 days and DHL 8-10 Days from the date of shipping.

We adore our teas as much as you do. And if there is a mistake in your order and you want a return/cancellation, we are there to help you in every possible way.
Terms and Conditions:
Return and cancellation are limited to direct sales by us and are not available in sales by a third party. We do not have a refund policy and we accept returns for account credit/exchange only. For returns and cancellations, we must receive the products within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unsealed, not damaged and in original packaging. And we initiate the return/cancellation process only if you have received the wrong order or if the package is damaged.
- Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
- We do not provide a refund on any goods sold.
- Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
- The account credit shall be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. To return or cancel an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us on 9593374444 within 24 hours of placing/receiving the order.
